We hold back a selection of tables and bar counter seating for walk-ins. 

Our riverside garden is walk-in only.
Designed for sharing, dishes include hand-rolled parcels of silky Artichoke Ravioli with mascarpone and pea gremolata; Grilled Hispi Cabbage with bagna cauda and pangrattato; Wood-Roasted Purple Potatoes with pecorino pesto and pickled shallots; alongside larger dishes including Wood-Roasted Seabream with salsa verde; Chargrilled Squid with rocket, lemon and chilli; and Chargrilled Picanha with chilli, balsamic, rocket and parmesan.
Dishes are accompanied by a sophisticated list of classic and seasonal cocktails, including The Old Don, with Fielden Rye, bitter orange, Cynar and apricot; and a Szechuan Strawberry Sour, with Flor de Caña rum, Campari, wild strawberry and Szechuan pepper, alongside a wine list which focuses on minimal-intervention wines.
Located in what was once a mid-19th-century riverside home, Tower House’s clock tower pays homage to Osborne House, Queen Victoria’s coastal residence. Inside Tower House, guests will find heirloom collectables and crafted objects, all articulating a love of soulful imperfection. Outside, the elevated Riverside Garden offers sweeping views of a tree-lined curve of the River Thames, framed by the historical splendours of Richmond Bridge and Twickenham Bridge, a unique and peerless setting.

Do you take walk-ins?
Yes, we encourage walk-ins. We keep good tables and bar counter seats back for walk-ins.
What about chancing a last-minute table even though the times I’m looking for aren’t available?
Give us a call on the day or just pop in as there is always a chance of a last-minute cancellation.

Can I book a table in the riverside garden?
The garden is walk-ins only.
What happens if it rains?
We'll move you inside where we can, though we can't always promise a table.
What is your cancellation policy?

Cancellations made within 24 hours of your booking are charged at £20 per person.


Is the restaurant accessible?
Sadly, there are no ramps and no accessible bathroom.
Baby changing is on the upper ground floor.

Friars Lane car park — a short walk away, no time restrictions.
Richmond Riverside car park — directly beneath us, but access hours are limited: Fri 7pm–midnight · Sat 8am–midnight (2hr max before 6pm) · Sun 8am–6pm
Can I arrive by boat?
Yes, with Thames River Boats. We're not served by Uber Boat.
Can I book for drinks?
Online reservations are currently just for dining; for drinks, you are welcome to join us at the lounge tables across the floors and bar counters. If you wish to have more certainty for an area for drinks, give us a call on 020 4636 9696 and we'll try and help.
Is there a dress code?
